About me and my practice
I offer a safe space in which to build trust in relationship.
We work holistically to connect with difficulty which perhaps up until now you've avoided or pushed away, as your unconscious, helped by your nervous system, believes to be too much to deal with.
This stage is not to be rushed & requires gentle compassionate care.
From here, you can begin to make meaning of your experience and start to feel better.
I will offer information to help you understand & normalise what you bring and invite you to try ways of being in your life to challenge and change powerful old patterns.
Therapy is transformative when you're ready to commit to working patiently to nurture you.
Experience
I have been qualified for almost 20 years and dedicated to ongoing training and personal development.
This translates in my clients receiving care informed by the latest research to support mental health and wellbeing.
In addition to my core training, I am trauma and neurobiology informed, work with the body and an EMDR practitioner.
